Very vague question but, Why is it I am always so hot?!
Question: At first I thought I was always hot because of high blood preasure but I took my heart rate and its at a healthy range. And I always dress lightly because I am hot all the time...
So hopefully someone can tell me why my body seems to fail at cooling its self off?

hi, first there is no relationship between blood pressure and pulse, two different things. you may have problem in thyroid hermone it may cause increase metabolism, go and do thyroid hermone test. take care
Maybe it's a problem with your thyroid glands.
