Depending on your build,muscle short/long,
your uppper is probarly the fastes,
while most forget their lower/sideways.

Start with your lower ,then sideways, and finally your upper,
since you're the stronges there.

Try to minimize your reps/use 3 sets,and focus on it instead of doing like 50 reps .

Well at least this works for me,but like i said depends on your build.

Cut back on fat, salt, and sugar. Drink lots of water, drink lots of water, and do eat a healthy diet. It's not all about crunches and situps, but a combonation of cardio (boxing, running, martial arts,and eating a clean (healthy diet). The trick is to strip away the layers of fat around your abs and all the things I mentioned will do it.

Shoot for two months unless you are already very low body fat.
Good diet is the best way to get abs, it saves having to cut later. Any ab routine will do, shred those muscles till you cant do any more, every day. And go for a run every second day to help your diet melt away exisiting fat so you can see the abs.

More like 1-2 months if your not already fit and have a low bf.
