Question: in third world countries, do you think they eat the foreskin after the circumcision? cause, you know, its MEAT after all. so do they just throw it out or is that their dinner? i mean, is it a "treat" for them? would YOU eat your own foreskin?

no, they don't. Though some cultures like to fry the umbilical cord so the father can eat it as a form of celebrating birth.
The foreskin is not meat, it's skin, and of very little nutritional value.
