Pain in the Glans? (read carefully)?!
Question: Lets start at the beginning. I was born and circumcised due to a tight foreskin (and being half jewish). At any rate, when I started to learn about sexuality at 12, i felt around my whole penis and discovered that everywhere felt great except the glans. As a side note, the back part where the glans splits feels ok when touched and played with. With the advent of masturbation I began to enjoy myself as any male teen would. I can dry masturbate using what's left of my foreskin to rub up and down, the skin sliding up and down. No pain, all pleasure. When I touch my glans however, it hurts. A pain that makes me try to get away from it; a pinching pain. I tried wet masturbation for the first time, and could not do so because the glans always hurts to touch. My girl tried to suck me off but I had to push her away because it was extremely painful, especially when she was licking. This can't be normal. I am 18 now, and I would like help. I want to enjoy sexual activities with her.

Almost every male has a tight foreskin at birth. The foreskin is normally fused to the glans and has to be ripped away with forceps to perform a neonatal circumcision. So unless your foreskin was actually stopping urination there was no medical need for your circumcision.
That said I almost have your problem but not quite as bad. I too was circumcised at birth, which was sadly the norm in Australia then.
My glans becomes painful to wet touch at the point of, and shortly after, orgasm. Wet-lube masturbation is too much at first and then sensation deadens until I actually orgasm, then the pain takes over and I have to stop. I have similar sensations with oral sex but thankfully not with vaginal sex.
All other sexual sensations have deadened as I got older. I have not tried for some time to see if the pain at wet-lube orgasm has as well though.
I doubt if any doctor could help you and think it just affects a small proportion of males.
All I can suggest is try vaginal sex. You may find you have to use a condom but I suspect the gentler sensations will be kinder to your sensitive glans.
If that is not the case perhaps one of the commercial numbing creams will help.
