I want to lose 28 pounds by may 1st?!


Question: Lose 28 pounds by june may 1st?
i am 6' 1'' tall and i currently weigh 268 pounds. i have a very muscular frame but have fat covering it. i am 20 years old and am turning 21 in june. i want to be down to 240 by the begining of summer for person health and so i look good, and frankly im really sick of the man boobs...there i said it!! i graduated high school at 310 pounds and i got down to 250 in 3 months. that but i slacked off. and put about 20 back on and i want to get down to my goal weight. can anyone give me some tips? that you

Cardio. Cardio burns the fat like nothing else, I know I lost about 20lbs from October to early December by running on the cross ramp thing at the gym. Running is great, jogging and walking are a bit under you if you want to lose weight faster, swimming is excellent, as it works your legs, arms, pecs, and everything just about. So, just do something that involves lots of running or the such and you should be golden. By the way, email me on how you lost 60lbs in 3 months, I really want to know how you accomplished that.
OH and most importantly, don't ignore your hunger cravings. When you exercise, you metabolism is boosted, and because of such, it makes you hungry. If you don't eat, your metabolism will slow back down.

stop eating

Run. jog. skip, swim.

loads of cardio helps. Running , biking, swimming, tremill...and eat lighter meals. also if you tend to crave something really bad for you just eat like fruit. i eat grapes when im wanting like a cheeseburger

Here is one way to work on the weight. You have about four and a half months so divide the weight so each month you only have to lose say 6 lbs. This is easier than trying to lose 28 pounds. Take a little at a time and you will be successful. Good luck, I'm sure you will make your goal.
