Low body fat, ab workouts to target the lower abs as well, not just the upper, lots of walking.running. squats to build up the leg/thigh muscles.
Uhm I have it, not sure what gets it other then working out (lunges, crunches, stretching) and being born that way. Some people have more muscle in certain places then others.
i have it but i dont know how i got it, but im guessing all the ab exercises i did. crunches, situps, hanging leg raises, and running. i know that girls love it.
