Can you get tested for male pattern baldness?!


Question: im 16 and i have a 50% chance of developing male pattern baldness because my mom's dad had it.

is there anyway i can get tested or something..

im kind of freaking out, i like my hair.

No, there's no test for it. Don't worry about it, it's not going to happen anytime soon (and may not happen at all).

My father was bald by 50, I'm 57 and have all my hair.

Not that I know of. All I can say is perhaps invest early in hair growth? I have no clue it hair growth stuff works though, so you're at your own risk there.

listen moms is bald, pops is bald so what's the problem. and you said male baldness i did'nt know that your mom's was a homie. just face it your gonna be bald. start saving for rogain,or a topa.
