Ha. im struggling to convince people Im over 20. Im 27. I would say dont shave for a day or two but underage kids slip up by trying to be all macho & loud when they approach the smake/alcohol counter. Just be confident but not noisy, quietly ask for what you want but dont um & errr.
fyi 18 is the legal age for everything in australia
why 19? usually you want to reach 21......thats where you get all the good stuff.

What's the difference between 17 and 19? I looked the same at 17 and 19 as I do now at 22.
I live in Canada too and unless it is absolutely obvious you are over 19 (meaning you look at least 30), you will be carded. Either get a fake driver's license or do like everyone else and WAIT.
