Weather does effect your physiology and emotions. Scientists found that humidity and temperature have some effect on the human body. There are more ions in the air when it is humid which usually causes more sadness or freezing temperatures causes the body to omit more energy for heating and causes slow down in brain activity.

Maybe... sometimes I feel the same way...I guess we need to get some exercise

yea its normal
when its cold i get hyper, usually because you have to move around

and when its hot your lazy...

Heat and humidity makes me sleepy...

no!

no not really

yeah and rain can give u headaches... etc. its all normal

Yes it is, there is less sunlight, your body uses the sunlight to create energy.

hell ya,

Yes, I think so

I feel more fatigued in cold, also
I feel very energetic in the rain
And so on

Have a great day

Yeap, when it's cold and gloomy outside.

yes it affects your energy certainly. You loose more heat when it is cold so heat is lost as more energy is produced to keep your body temprature stable. You must eat more and rest more.

personally for me, when its hot/warm outside i feel really energized, but when it's cold and rainy i feel liek all i want to do is sleep...so i guess you could say that the weather affects your energy

Yes. I can't remember what it's called, but it's not rare. In the winter, people can get a bit deppressed because we need certain things from the Sun (can't remember what) and if we don't have much, it can affect your mood.

I guess it's like, when it's sunny weather and you go for a walk it lifts your mood.

Try getting a light box and sitting infront of it for a few minutes everye morning. People who experience this usualy use these.

i love it when it gets cold. (not snowing though) my dads car went on empty and it was raining so me and my friend took off our sweaters and pushed it to the gas station... afterwards we ran 1/2 a mile fer no reason.

Yes and no . Yes because you my desire a cozy room that is warm. Perhaps the cold weather keeps you inside rather than being frisky outdoors .

It can also mean you aren't getting enough vitamins in your daily diet and therefore may fill in the fatigue feeling.

I am exhausted during the winter. Something about the cold and dark days saps my energy. After getting home from work, I just want to lay on the couch and snooze. I don't know if it's normal because I hear people say they hate the summer because it's too hot but the heat gives me energy and puts me in a much better mood.

all depend on what kind of work you do, if you are outside in the cool and you feel cool you body will consume the liquid fat on the blood stream and the sugars, to generate heat.

I live in California, and it seems to me that this winter is the coldest we've had in along time. I am so tired of the cold. I feel run down all the time, and today the wind is blowing up to 60 miles a hour. I have no energy today, This season, this month, so far this year!!

Well you could be tired from all the shovelling and the hassles and stuff that the winter season brings. But it is normally heat that makes you tired and sleepy. So most likely it is because your furnace is on pretty high and your house or work place is very warm although you may not notice it because you are use to the temperature that could still be it.

HELL YEA
like when its raining u feel depressed and **** ...

I definately become affected by the winter.I get more anxious and sometimes feel unhappy, cannot sleep but feel fatigued!
If it becomes more serious It is called SADS (season affected disorder ) I think.
However if this is the first time this has happened to you, just get checked over by your doctor to rule out any underlying illness.
Good luck

yes, if you have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) it can, also the shorter days can effect your energy levels. Sunlight is the most natural way to enhance your mood, so when you aren't exposed to the sun as much it can darken your mood...so to speak
