It depends on your genetics. One of my friends hardly has any hair on his body. His skin is as smooth as an Asian's skin, and he's white and in his mid 30's
Some guys have tons of hair on their chest, legs and arms before the age of 18. It's genetics.
There is not a "normal" you get it at different times.
like my friends started getting pubes at like 11 i didnt get them til i was nearly 13. puberty hits at different times. some people dont hit puberty til 16 so im sure your not late you will be fine.

everyone is diffrent and also dependent as to how hairy u r.
generally u get pubc hair between ages of 13 -15
Well I dont know about guys. but for girls its 12-13 so I guess it would be the same for guys.

everyone is different i got mine at age 12 but some of my friends did not get any till age 14 or 15 so be patient it will happen
