well you are 14 for one, sadly many men dont mature until their mid to late 20's. sometimes earlier, but in my opinion that is an accurate statement.

all the guys at my school are way inmature. guys are always like this in their teens.
Get used to it hun. Guys never mature. Even when they get old they still have the maturity level of a three year old.

The mature ones like girls who can spell.
There are a number of young guys who could be mature , but there is a sort of peer pressure to act like that , and it is always difficult to be different from your mates
But you are right they should grow up and act responsibly , well most of the time anyway .

A lot of guys will act out because of they're raising hormones. But then in ten years from now if you brought something they did up when they were a kid they would probably be like: "Whoa". Hormones is probably just the reason why.
Women mature faster than men.
