I started when I was 12. To ejaculate you have to Masterbate. Masterbating is when you rub your penis until it gets hard. Then rub it for a good olf 10 minuets when you think of something really sexy. For ex: Naked ladies(if your straight) or Naked Guys(if your gay) Its quite simple. Just dont get cought.
