Which position is the easiest way to go to the bathroom a #2?!

Question: I heard some ways (positions) can make it come out easier

Answers: I heard some ways (positions) can make it come out easier

Try standing on the actual toilet, then squat down.

not sure tell me!

hahahahahhahha rolf lmao lol

stool softner

i pretty much sit on the toilet, *** facing down... It has worked for me very well.

I don't know that

sitting with ur elbows on or close to your knees

Sky poop ALWAYS. Keeps the muscles tight and alert.

Lean forward slightly, slide your hands between your legs and grasp your ankles. Spread your knees out slightly while applying inward pressure to your ankles and lower shins. This position will make it easier for the "gates to open."

I also find that having a copy of the Wall Street Journal and a Diet Coke helps.

Happy dumping!

That is pure speculation and rumor.

The ease of "making" has to do with your diet and your ability to just relax. It is a natural part of life and is not meant to forced.

Good luck

Sit up straight so that you don't obstruct the intestinal track and Relax.

Use a squatting position, by sitting on a toilet. Leaning forward can help put pressure on the abdomen and help the stool pass. You might need to not rush your self and try to relax for a few minutes in order to help the muscles contract better. Increase the amount of water and fibers in our diet. If your bowel movements are hard or in pebbles you need to use a stool softner. If you are having a lot of stomache discomfort or have not had a bowel movement in the last 3 days, you should use an over the counter laxative. If this is not very helpful and your having a lot of pain or gone more that 5 days without having a bowel movement then call your doctor.

Heck man, dont even pressure yourself with using the toilet, just relieve your self where ever you are sitting..that's what I do!

i sit way back on the toilet seat, but not back enough to get the edge of the seat and under it dirty, let your legs hang a little too much pressure on the upper rart of your thighs making it harder to get things moving.

put your feet on the wall in front of you like a woman does when she's giving birth.

just drink lot of water in morning before going to bathroom.
