Im a guy and my right nipple is hurting (some tiny white thing sticking out (ver!

Question: I was working out yesterday and when i came back my right nipple had a kind of "burning sensation". Really light, but it kinda hurt. After i started hanging out with my friends, it stopped hurting. However, today it hurt again when i accidentally touched it. I took a closer look and found a thin white thing sticking out on the side of my nipple...i pulled at it but it didn't come off so i stopped trying to remove it. I really don't know what it is and am kind of afraid. Please help me! Im 15 years old and am a guy.

It was more than likely rubbed sore. If you sweat alot when you work out, your shirt probably got soaked, and assuming you were running, walking, jogging, or moving constantly, the wet shirt rubbed your nipples and after sometime, it peeled some of the skin. As for the white thing, im not sure what that is, perhaps if your nipples are dark, the white might be the new skin exposed after much of your outer skin rubbed off.

If this is the case, try putting some vaseline or lotion on it, or a bandaid to help it heal.
and to prevent this from happening again, put small bandaids on your nipples before exercise.

maybe its glass from one of those ceiling lights
you broke by throwing it down a flight of stairs

Why dont you go your doctor its prob just a blister of some sort dude dont front, but yea go to your doctor.
