most kids in my grade are between 5'9" and 6'"2
ur not short at all. and ur still gonna grow at least one more time so u could end up being like over 6' 4"
5'9 for 13 Isn't short lol,you probably will grow some more,you still have ALOT of years ahead of you
it all depends. at the age of 13 your very tall, but if your body has fully grown then yes you are going to stop.

3.) your penis has fully grown
