well as long as your 18, now it doesnt matter. if your younger than 18, yes it becomes an legal issue

if you have to ask that question, you're probably being self conscious about it. so you really have to ask yourself if you're okay with it even if the people around you might joke about it or not accept it all together.
after 30 no it doesn't matter. in you 20's yes it does...if you're like let say 21 and you're dating a girl that is 28 your priorities in life are way different and most likely you both are not on the same page to have a relationship...casual sex sure but not a relationship. At 21 u r all into going out to bars and getting wasted while at 28 you start to settle down more and want more out of life than the bar scene. it was fun while it lasted but you're ready to start building your life. at 21 you're just a party animal.

It partly depends how much older. Up to seven years older isn't bad , I know two couples that this works for. But any older you need to ask your self if your just flattered or if you truly love her. Also, beware, eventually you might start to feel she treats you more like a mother than a girlfriend. Good luck!

How much older is this woman? You at least have to be 18 to be safe. If she is like 40 or 50 then that is a big generation gap. When it comes down to it, you really only need to have something in common with this woman. In any relationship you have to accept your partner's differences. So if her age is not an obstacle then go for it. But be warily!!! Sometimes age can be an issue especially if the age gap is 10 years or greater. I suggest you be cautious regardless. Don't let her treat you like a child. She is a mature woman so don't treat her like a mother. Older women expect more. I dated a few women older than me. If you're 18 and she's 50, you might think the world of each other, the sex might be great, but when you're 28 she's 60, and (I know this sounds awful) but she could be dead at 70 leaving you alone (because she's unlikely to want to have kids at 50.)
If you're 18 and she's 28, you could still have problems if one of you is mature and the other very immature.
