Answers: I fake them about twice a week, and I do it by grabbing hard my partners buttocks and screaming my lungs out!!!

I've done it a couple of times with an ex partner, because I was getting nothing from the sex. (Before you say anything ladies, she was already satisfied from other things and was letting me get on with it.)
Personally I just slowed down, a couple of deep breaths while pushing in as hard as I could, and then slowly out.
Luckily (or unluckily depending on your pov) she was then more concerned with getting herself cleaned up and washed than in seeing that I was still fully erect. (I did get asked one day why I hadn't shot much, the reply we'd had sex a few hours earlier had surficed.)

I've never faked it with either my later partner or my (now) wife because I've not needed to.
With my later partner we were enjoying a session one night while her 14 yr old on was out, and I was really worried that he would get home and walk in on us, so i had to admit that I wasn't getting anywhere, and she accepted that...until he went to school the next day !!!

Its all about diverging your attention or concentration from your sex to something else.
One of my friend told me that he visualize bad things or accidents to do so.
I just order to slow down and wallah.

To tell you the truth I have never ever heard of a guy faking and orgasm. You would think your partner would find out you were faking it cause you didn't come. Anyways I guess just do the same thing you would do if you really had an orgasm don't scream just act like you very sencentive and you don't want her to touch you cause sex was so good. Watch some pronos and when the guy come look what he does. Hope this helps

i'd rather my partner not have one then fake it.

why would any one wanna do that?
