Whatever you do DO NOT FOLLOW STANJIMS ADVICE! Putin witch hazel on your penis will burn so bad you will think you are going to die! Just put a little bit of the triple antibody ointment on it and keep it clean. It'll be ok in a few days.

Use witch hazel, that is a natural disenfectant

eek maybe it is a flea bite. i wouldnt mess with it

Don';t masturbate so much

your balls will fall off if you do.

Could be herpes...that would explain the red patch

Don't masturbate in the shower with soap. Use a good anti itch lotion.

Lotion after showering. Soap dries out the skin and it's also winter: dry air. Probably rubbing on underware too. I've had it before. It's not life threatening, just weird. LOL.

Make sure you wear underwear so their is no abrasion from the zipper on your member.Does your girlfriend have braces?Seriously they can be very pain giving especially if you have a foreskin.Keep using the hydrocortizone cream and you might also sleep in the nude so your phallus gets plenty of air too heal.

I suggest that you see your family doctor.
