Hey. i want to have six pack abs...but i don't have much time to work on the!


Question: I have like 3 free hours a day and that includes watching tv and being with friends. I eat a lot! and do about 20-30 push ups and sit ups every night...(for about a year now) i do have some fat along my lower stomich.

I want these abs fast cause i made the basketball team and i'm the only kid on my team that doesn't have them. i eat all kinds of food and i'm willing to cut back.

if any one has tips i would like them.

Cut down on unnecessary fat and carbs.. People say getting abs is mostly diet..

You're gonna have to change your work out.. Try increasing the sets and resistance to your ab work out.. A good ab work out can be less than an hour for sure.. As long as you increase intensity and keep rests (between sets) only 30 seconds long

Cardio like jogging can help with the extra fat.. Just be careful with your knees...

Hahahah abs dont show threw trying to tone them.... you gotta do cardio, running and such.
You cannot lose weight in one spot either. you want to lose weghit from your mid section, you must lose weight everywhere.

well it seems like yo uare trying, but try to cut down on all the food you are eating, especially junk food. While you are watching t.v. try to exercise. Thats what i do and I have teh body of a warrior!!!!!

if you eat alot, drink water when you get hungry
just like chug a bottle of water and your hunger may lower
