No pics. I can't believe no one who's answered this actually knows! C'mon guys; get a book out and learn some anatomy! From the penis head to where it attaches to your foreskin (or what's left of it if you're circ'd) is the frenulum. From there, the line back to your anus is called the raphe. It's a vestige of the fact that your body is a mirror image of itself from left to right. The raphe is sort of a seam line. On some guys it's very pronounced, and on others it's barely noticeable.

Oh, and for your dudes who can't spell, it's not vain, it's vein.

its a part, duhh, vein for blood flow

It is where the sperm travel through..

its the vain where the sperm comes out !!

it is just the different coulor skin nothing to worry about

Way too much time (and other stuff) on your hands.

I so like don't know the medical name for it but as sperm meeting ovua we all start out as females, when that x or y chromosone kicks in then we become males. The Vein/string as you called it shows where the vagina closed up to create the penile shaft.

two-two has spoken

it could be a vain

ha u made me check mine im supposing that its a vein idk

Hmm...pictures might help with this question. However, let's just say for now it is a loose thread off your moms thong from the laundry.

It's a vein. There are many veins on your penis, you might be noticing the most large one.

believe me...U ARE NORMAL!

its a string

it's the large vein that pumps blood in there when you are aroused and it sort of twitches when you orgasm

It's the seam where it's sewn together at the factory.

no pic needed

it called the raphe line, when boys develop the female parts, we all start out a female, join together to form the penis and scrotum, this is the result.

john n was right on

it is the frenulum
