Will i shrink if i stop taking protein shakes during workouts?!

Question: not likely. what happens with protein is that your body uses what it needs. the rest is usually passed or stored. it is common to find protein in the urine and everything else when a person uses this. honestly, your body can only use so much protein, and that can easily be gotten from a healthy diet. those shakes are supplements for people that arent getting enough in food form. i have never liked suppliments much. i like getting my nutrition from natural sources.

No, but probably if you stop working out altogether.

P.S. If you're talking about your 'you-know-what', then this will only happen if you've just been swimming or just took a cold shower. LOL!

Not really. Once you get your muscles to a certain point that you like them at, you will still need to eat an amount of protein to maintain them, but you can probably cut the protein shakes down. I would just recommend working the muscle groups out that you want to keep at the same size on a regular basis. Protein is good for muscle development and building muscle, however you can maintain them without the protein shakes.

The process is not dangerous, but can cause mood changes in some male adults. My advice to change shakes or decrease the volume intake. But, Don't worry about it.

no. Protein helps to generate new tissue and muscle. Protein give a quick boost to muscle building....
