Gray hair and stress?!


Question: im fourteen and i have more gray hairs than my parents and my dad is almost 50 and my mom is like 42 is there anything i can do to get darker hair or something to releive stress cause i always feel stressed like all the time even wen im about to go to sleep and im all alone i feel like some1 is watching me and judgeing me and mocking me and i think im starting to hear voices cause i heard some1 screaming "NO!WHY!NO!DONT DO THIS!STOP!WHY ME! and i was alone in my room and asked my bro and my mom and they didnt hear a thing and to me it was really loud and im also having nightmares like everynight and i cant remember the last time i have ever had a nice dream and also im always getting headaches and shaking am i going crazy?sorry about going off topic anyways im thinking about dying my hair but i know i will still be stressed some1 please help me

Why haven't your parents taken you to a doctor?? I don't think you're crazy at all. I think you have some kind of serious hormonal imbalance which is causing your body to feel stressed and in turn affecting your hair and your hearing things that aren't there really. You need to go to your family doctor right away and tell them about your stress problems. Don't worry about the hair. talk to your barber or whatever, but the stress, you need to see a doctor first. I wouldn't go to a counselor or psychiatrist until you first go to a doctor.

the more stressed you are, the more grey hair you will get. no matter how old you are...seriously. try going to a therapist to sort your feelings...

ok ... umm dyeing it is a good idea . and maybe you just broke up with someone ? did yu do something that yu noe you shouldnt have done ? go to a doctor person who can help yu .

its not all about stress, there is a chemical in your body that produces your hair color, those chemicals are just producing grey hair.
I don't know about the other problems your having, you should see a doctor and get help soon.

Do you have second sight? I mean are you being haunted? I am serious. You sound very sad. You are too young to feel the way you do. I know you probably don't want to hear this but you should start reading your bible. God gives comfort. All you have to do is ask and have faith He will take care of you.

Im sorry you are going through this. However, you are not alone. Please do a search on yahoo search about mental disorders such as schizophrenia. Check your family history, to see if there are any mental disorders. It could be genetic. However, we are not getting the full story of whats going on with you and your parents. Seek for yourself some school councelor to help guide you to talk to your parent/guardian. You could have a numerous of things occuring with you. Your best bet, be honest with those around you that love and care about you. You know that you may need help. Don't be afraid to tell someone whats going on. Someone needs to demand you get an MRI. Step up and start talking. TALK LOUDLY UNTIL SOMEONE HEARS YOU LOUD AND CLEAR. Your not crazy, theres something going on and you need evaluated properly. Insist to parents to get an MRI.

Your underlying symptoms seem to be the primary cause of these graying hairs. - Just coloring them will not solve the primary cause. - Consider making every effort to CALM DOWN each night as you go to bed. - Try to resolve each "issue" that has happened throughout the day.

If this does no good, then I recommend intentional CALMING.
