Question: Is it healthy/ normal for a 18..almost 19yo to think about girls just about 24/7...When I was in high school i use to think about them alot but not near as much as I have this pass year since I began going to university. Now all I really think about is females from the time I wake up till I go to bed lol.

They say that men think about sex every 4 seconds or something. So yes, it's completely normal. Unless it's interfering with your life. Like are you not going to class, doing homework, hanging out with friends because you just sit around by yourself thinking about girls? If so, then yes, that's a problem and you should probably talk to someone.
