Bulk is not attractive. Take a look at gymnasts. that is about as big as you want to get.

Diet is important. High protein, lo carbs, lo calorie diet is a much, Veggies, lean been, porkm chicken and fish. Green and leafy veggies. Don't overcook. Stay away from bakery products. See what happens by mid June

get a membership to a gym and work out with your friends

Girls like guys that are 'cut', not guys with muscles popping out everywhere. Just make sure you run or play basketball every other day with your workouts. Eat healthy foods. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.

The key to an attractive male boy is the shoulder-waist ratio.

As long as your shoulders are broader than your waist you will generally be viewed as having an attractive body.

Having defined pecs, abs, biceps, deltoids, quads and buttocks are very helpful.

watch what you eat and exercise. walking is good to trim your body or if you have the money, join a gym.
