Question: My boss who is 40 had an operation last week in his... "private region". But i dont want to ask what he had done. He said he had anastethic (needle went into his hand), the op took about 30mins, but now he's in a lot pain down there, and he said the "stitches are starting to dissolve". What could he have had done?

My guess is a vasectomy. Thats probably the most popular operation done on a 40 year old male's "private region".
Well he could have been circumcised. But he more than likely had a vasectomy. I am sure there are others, I just have no idea what.

My guess would be a vasectomy because it only took 30 minutes, but a hemorrhoidectomy is also possible. If he's sitting on a special donut-shaped pillow, then you know it was a hemorrhoidectomy.
