My feet is 10inches. What size is that in Us and in uk?!

Question: My feet are 9 1/2 inches and that is a 9 in the Us and in Uk it is around a 40. but that is in women's size. my feet in men's size it is 6 1/2 in Us but in the Uk im not sure. so your Us size would probably be around a 7 in mens but im not sure if uk womens and men sizes are the same but it could be.
