Nope, your voice is already broken if it's deep. Mine is broken too and I have a small Adam's apple that you can barely see. Most of my friends have smaller ones too. Besides, those huge Adam's apples that stick out that some guys have look really ugly, don't you think so? Hehe. You're normal dude, stop worrying. =D
No, it has more to do with the length of the neck, structure and height.
You probably have one but it just doesnt stick out. Only about 3/4 of men have Adams Apples that show. It doesnt indicate anything.

Im 18 and mine doesnt stick out either, but its there, and thats all that matters. if your voice has changed, then it has broken. And from what I heard, most girls think an extremely protrudant adams apple is kinda gross.
