What you've described is quite normal. This sort of thing happens when your body's store of seminal fluid is absolutely at it's maximum level and is starting to 'overflow'.
Then you have a bowl movement the straining effort will press stool against your prostate and Seminal Vesicle and effectively 'milks' them. This forces some of the built up fluid out along the urethra. When you pass water then the steady seepage of this fluid that has built up but not yet leaked out just gets flushed out of your urethra once again.
