At that age, your twanger aint big enough to handle a lot of the blood in your body yet like the times you get turned on, or at the morning. Its fine.
it is normal your just growing.Your body will get use to it and it will get less painfull
well i had this friend that when he was younger about 13 when he would get a ***** his would hurt really bad to but he never went to the doctor and he is fine now.
Could be the way you are circumsized, skin could be pulling if you were cut too much, but that is not your fault.
