How do you get a better sleep?!


Question: When I go to bed, usually around 10:30, I have to wake up at aprx. 7:30, and feel like I'm more tired than when I went to bed. Is there a way that allows you to get a good sleep other than a medicine?

dont let your sleep area also be your recreation area- meaning: If you watch tv or read or talk on the phone or anything else but sleep in your sleeping quarters, your mind wont let you sleep as much as if you just SLEEP in your room. Also, try to go to sleep at 10 so you'd be asleep by 10:30 and set an alarm an hour earlier in 20 min intervals, slowing wake yourself up. It really works, and by 7:30 you'll be ready to wake up...

natural med- melatonin
takin a warm bath or shower before bedtime
reading before bed
soothing music

try this.......a glass of water & sugar...thats suppose to be a good way to relax and get some sleep

Dude do you snore? it is a serious question when people snore it could be possable you could have sleep apnea look it up it is when you stop breathing at night and causes you to not get as much sleep as you need. ask whomever you sleep with if you snore and tel lyour doctor he may send you in for a sleep study and point you in a direction that could help

believe it or not but i haft to sleep naked in order for me to get a perfect sleep it is the only way for me and i meen straight naled no undewear na short straight nude
