Can I get sick from getting vasoline in my mouth?!
Question: Does anyone know if you can get sick from vasline in your mouth? It tastes gross. It wont wash off, and we dont get to do sleepovers as much as we used to. But I do not want to end up being sick and having to explain how it happpend. I'm already embarassed just asking

A little bit of Vaseline will not hurt you. You might try Vaseline Lip Therapy. It is flavored and meant to be applied directly to the lips. It contains petroleum jelly.
not sure what it has to do w/ sleepovers, but no, it won't make you sick, though too much may have a laxitive effect.
If the back of the vasoline bottle says "toxic" you can get sick and go to the hospital as soon as possible. I believe vasoline is nontoxic though. It's a lotion, it will stay on you for a couple days.
