I'll bet you money they're just Fordyce's spots. These are normal, harmless, and non-infectious spots that many [if not, most] guys and girls have. Of course, girls have them on their vagina, since girls don't have penises! (I just recently found that out XD jk) But anyway, you're normal, so no worries, okay? If the spots don't look like Fordyce's spots, then you need to consult your doctor, although I doubt you have an STD. Good luck!!!! =D
'Bumps?' Couldn't you be a little more specific? They might be warts or just skin tags. Go visit your doctor.
Another question. Why haven't you seen a doctor about this?
