It is posible, i have a friend how is 14, 6'3" and he is still growing. It is also possible that you stoped growing. your doctor can tell you if your growth plates are still active or not.

You may grow another inch or two by the time you reach the age of 20, but I doubt that you'll shoot up to be over 6'-4" or more.
Sure, guys can grow well into their early twenties. I was about six feet tall at fifteen and five years later I am 6'5''. So you are on track to be taller than me.
youre gonna be VERRRRY tall. cool! tall guys are usually HOTTTTTTT! My friend is 6'5 hes not hot OR smart! lol. but my friend thats 6'2, hes hot AND smart! poor lil me...only 5'4.

I would not bet either way as to whether you will have another growth spurt.
Your grandfather likely has nutrition less good than yours, stunting his growth somewhat.
