Cardio and a good healthy diet.

Crunches, but they are a pain, but the best way or maybe the only way.

You need to decrease your fat / calorie intake and exercise daily. If you stick to a healthy lifestyle, eventually the fat will come off!

It overwhelmingly comes down to fat gram and caloric intake. Exercise can help, but it's mostly about diet.

Eat less fatty foods and exercise (crunches/standing toe touches, etc.)
No way around the exercise part.

I am 42 yrs. old...I have always worked out...I'm no buff and I always have a little tire around the waist....I have been at gyms for 25 yrs. and through my experiences and reading different magazines and talking to people the conclusion I have come to is:you can not spot reduce....if you lose weight it will be lost from all places....now....a way not to lose your mass...if you like the look of other parts is to build muscle in that area and burning more fat than you are taking in.as far as the belly area...slow ab crunches & leg lifts are the best, and make sure you do some cardio...at least 30 min. to get your hear rate up...get sweating.I have recently lost 10 lbs. but unfortunately it wasn't all from my waist....diet and exercise is the key....you better ask a personal trainer at a gym if my facts are accurate ...just to be sure ...good luck
