How to develop muscles by natural methods and home exercise?!


Question: whats up man do push ups do sit ups shadow box kinda like if someone was in front of you and startin swingin away it may look and feel stupid but it makes you faster and builds muscle in your arms drink alot of water eat good foods with meat to build fat into muscle so you can gain wait or find something in your house that has some wait on it and start movin it around or do somethin like bench pressin it lol lol but dont get somethin wit 2 much wait theres this thing called 6 inches where u lay flat on the ground and put your legs side by side with each other and put them in the air for like 30 seconds 2 a minite then lower them just barly and keep them in the air still and then move them up and down but keep them in the air with feet side by side 2 it builds ab muscle it make u swoll no bs i leared it in boxin classes back in the old day

Every other day weight training and eatijng more lean healthy calories. Get a couple of 40 pound dumbells.
