that's very normal, a lot of guys have that, it probably hurts when you pull out, that's normal. I don't know how to get over it other than having more sex and just grinning and bearing it, you're normal don't worry.

All males have the same issue it's just called the refractory period, that is when your penis is super sensitive and touching or rubbing it can be almost painfull. Some guys have a shorter period, some don't seem to be bothered at all. For me it depends on how excited I was when I came, to how sensitive I get. Sometimes I can go right on and try for orgasm number 2 and sometimes I can't stand to have the wind blow on it.

The answer is in your additional information. He is circumcised & you are not. the head of a circumcised penis is not as sensitive as one which is not. As you get older the sensitivity will decrease. So don't worry - you are aware of it so just avoid doing anything to aggravate until it calms down a bit. Make sure your partner is aware of this too. Good luck.
It's the refractory period. It's simply different for various guys; circumcision status isn't the only factor. If you're more sensitive you should enjoy it when you get older. On the other hand, if you're that sensitive, you should enjoy foreplay before sex quite a bit, so I wouldn't worry about it.
