take your time, and let her adjust to it. sometimes letting her get on top to adjust to it, will help the vagina to expand. as she relaxes her muscles, she will adjust to it. it's just not going to be something that you can do quickly, especially if she has a smaller or tighter vagina. I've had this problem as well, many times through my life, and each time, it's been a slow, but effective resolution...just let it adjust... If you're having sex with the same person, then it eventually will become that she will get more and more used to your size in less time.
when I have sex with my wife, it takes less time to adjust now, than it did when we first started having sex. also, from behind is another way, but that, too, you must go VERY slow...
