Workout for teen boy?!


Question: What are some good exercises for a 15 year old teen boy? I mean, what exercises can i do to keep in good shape but not stunt my growth? Cuz i heard exercising too much when ur a teen stunts ur growth.

do not lift heavy weights, do excerises that use your own body weight (sits ups etc). thats what my p.e. teacher tells us its great for our age group.

Give it all you got. Working out will not stunt your growth. I've been working out since 16 and i'm 6.2, and 193 lbs.

Yes thats right. Dont lift heavy weights. Just do the regular situps pushups light weight training etc

push ups, situps, leglifts, crunches and jogging also for weights you could do like curls

Just run a few miles a day. That will keep you in shape the best.
