Yes it can. Many factors do affect older men, such as work load, money problems, and daily living.
But a man 45 and older can have an increase is his sex drive. Some may need meds and others call it a "mid life crisis".
I was in a slump @ 40 but once I got divorced and bought a bar (because I was a regular there), the single life re-invigorated my sex drive and had a ball the next 15 years.
So an older man can still party.

How many times are you going to ask the same question? The answer is the same:
Anything is possible. Just because some article lists ages that people's sex drives peak doesn't meant that's true for everyone.
We are all individuals, all different. Generalizations work great when you're talking about groups, but not individual people.
