It sounds like a hypoglycaemic attack. It's a state of having low blood sugar and can occur after exercise or exertion. Some people are more prone to it than others. It's not a particulary abnormal state, just a nuisance.

Try to cut down on the amount of sugar you eat as this can cause blood sugar fluctuations. Eat long acting carbohydrates instead: wholemeal bread, rice, pasta.

Don't take too much caffeine either as this can affect blood sugar levels.

It's not a sign of having diabetes either.........Diabetes causes high blood sugar levels and wouldn't cause the sudden hunger that you describe.

what are you doing when this happens ? if you are just sitting down and not doing sports or the like then it does seem odd. the best thing to do is pop to your droctor and explain what is happening. he may run a few tests just to be on the safe side.

see doctor.. could be diabetes

Have you been tested for diabetes (type 2) some of the signs you mention could be indicators of that.

maybe you're not fit enough, sorry no offence - I'm stating there is a possibility, you should know it yourself, like low blood pressure etc.
or you're not eating the right foods, low-fat, high-protein foods are a good start, as well as green and raw vegetables

ahah

Get your bloodpressure checked, if nothing comes up, get checked for diab.

It could be labrynthitis - the balance mechanism of the inner ear being disturbed. It's not serious but only your GP can diagnose what's wrong.
