Electric razors are probably your best bet; you're less likely to get skin irritations or nicks from them, as they don't have an actual cutting edge. The flip side is that if the razor head is dull, you can tend to get the hairs "tugged" or pulled, which can HURT!
Since your razor is new, you should be fine with it however.

If you ever decide to shave with a blade razor, I recommend doing so with a multi-blade razor such as Gillette or Schick disposables, and DO use a shaving gel or foam, or in a pinch a thick lather of soap (hair conditioner can also work in a tight spot). Do the following:
A. Wet your beard area with HOT water (or a face cloth soaked in hot water). This softens the hairs.
B. Lather up the entire beard area with soap or shaving product. Allow to sit 1-2 minutes.
C. Tighten the skin (make an "O" with your mouth or move your head) before shaving.
D. Draw the blade in a smooth, SHORT downward stroke, going WITH the hair growth, never against.
E. Rinse the razor often, in a sink of hot water or under a running faucet.
F. If you nick yourself, just dab a small piece of TP on it; it'll stop bleeding in a few minutes.

Good luck.

Just get a regular razor and shaving cream. Wet your face and apply the shaving cream. You dont need much. Take the razor and gently shave up and down your cheeks, chin and above your lip. Make sure to use a new razor that isnt dull because if the hairs are long it may hurt. If the razor is good it shouldnt hurt at all. I wouldnt use the electric razor the first time unless you have to. Good luck and e-mail me if you need more help.

Well, shaving is a great thing, but also may be a risky thing.
You just start anywhere. The risky thing about shaving is that you may cut yourself. But don't let this discourage you. The first time is very scary, probably for you. I've shaved before, and I've cut myself, I'm not trying to scare you, I'm just trying to inform you.

"Question is how do you shave it off?"

Electric razors or manual. Electrics are mostly all dry. Manuals are all wet. That is, you shave with a wet or dry face. In either case, your face should be clean.

"Like Where Do you start?"

This is personal preference. I just work across and then get the neck area. I don't have much of a beard.

"What happens if you shave it wet?"

With a manual razor, you'll need to shave it wet for lubrication. Even better if you get some shaving cream, but just a bit of soap will work just as well. Use hot water to soften things up.

"Are those electric shaver good?"

I've never tried the $200+ ones, but I think they are all nearly the same. Not as good as a razor, but decent. Because you are starting, you don't have a heavy beard, and this might be a good choice.

If you use Electric Shave or just a bit of rubbing alcohol before you start shaving with an electric shaver, your beard will stand up better, making it easier to cut closely.

get shaving cream
put it on your face
shave with a razor
wipe your face of

use electric shaver much easier.

put some shaving cream on there and start from the top.
