Actually, it's illegal and you could get fined. There's no way of getting caught, though, so law enforcement can't really enforce the laws. And considering that every teenager has looked at porn, it's really no big deal.
My only advise for you is to not get addicted. It can mess you up (I know from personal experience).

well.. dont make it a habbit.. it can be addicting, no joke. it is a serious problem for people that are really addicted to it.. it isn't wrong, but it's better than actually going through with sex at your age..
