They will check your eyes, ears, mouth, back, extremities, chest, abdomen, genitals, and maybe do a urine or blood test. The doc should not ask you about masturbation, but he will ask you to strip to your underwear and you will have to lower them and expose your balls and peter. He will insert his finger at the top of your nut sack and ask you to turn your head and cough (this is for a hernia). He will then feel up your nuts to see if there are any lumps which could be cancerous. Then he will check your peter and if you are not circumcised, he will have to pull your foreskin back. The genital exam is the worst (or best) part of the whole physical, and you will live through it. You might want to ask your mom to leave the room when this is done, as it will be very embarrassing!

no, he is just gonna check all your bones and your weight and height. the only thing thats gonna be weird is when they check your balls.

If I had to guess, I would assume they measure your height, weight, and blood pressure. They may take a urine sample. In some physicals, doctors feel your scrotum to see if you have both testicles.
I do not think your mother has to be in the room. She may leave to give you privacy.
No, they don't ask about that. But you can ask to have your mom not in the room with you if you need to ask any ?'s.
The nurse or doc will take your vital signs- blood pressure, pulse, temperature. The doc wil examine your eyes, ears, nose, throat, listen to your heart and lungs, examine your abdomen and back and extremities (legs and arms).
They may examine your genitals to see what stage of puberty you are in and make sure you are developing properly.
The doc will probably ask about smoking, drinking and sexual activity, your diet and exercise habits, how you are doing in school etc. The doc may ask your mom to step out of the room when asking these questions because they know that you may feel uncomfortable answering in front of your mom.
Don't stress about it, you will be fine.
If the doctor snaps on rubber gloves and tells you to bend over, RUN! as fast as you can! get away!

I would suggest calling clinics and Dr's and asking. When I played football I think the excuse was they checked for hernias, that means they checked your balls for bulges or your lower ab region, no they didn't ask me about masterbation, I would tell them it is none of their bussiness.They will probably just check you for a normal range of motion,etc. If your healthy I wouldn't worry about it son, you can go on-line to webmd or google any questions etc, you'll be fine
You can relax. The doc won't ask if you masturbate. He can probably work that out for himself. But don't worry. It's quite normal. Most guys do this. Your mum may know this. But I do understand you reluctance to discuss this with your mum present. I don't think you will need to worry about this. All the best. Let's all know how you physical goes. The doctor should not ask you anything about masturbation. He or she is there to make sure your body is developing the way it should. You could ask your mom to wait in the waiting room that you are a growing boy and need some privacy.
