You have jock itch - get some anti-jock itch cream and that will kill the fungus unless you have crabs and then you need anti-crab cream to kill the little guys.

It could be an infection. Consult your health care provider to see what he/she will prescribe. Usually they prescribe a cream you place on the itchy spot and it should go away.
So are my husbands. Where I live it's very cold and very dry in the house. He also suffers from eczema. Try a humidifier and some lotion and see if that helps.

Do not scratch your balls or masturbate for some time. Wait and see if the problem solves itself. If the problem continues, then, in order to avert any awkward situations with your parents or doctor, geld yourself with a lawnmower.
chop them off then wash them and go to a doctor once you get dizzy and tell them doctor i was masturbating too much so they got itchy and i finally just chopped them off
