Getting back muscles...?!
Question: I've always wanted to have a muscly back as it helps take pressure off of to spine when lifting and looks better than a bony one! I was wondering how you go about achieving a well shaped back. Does anyone know any really good exercies that can help bulk up your lower and upper back muscles.
Please can you also include a breif description on how to preform exersise too!

The best advice I can offer you is to pick or subscribe to Muscle and Fitness magazine, I do and have never regretted it.
Other than that do pull-ups and lots of them but if 20-30 is easy then you will have to strap weights to yourself and keep going. Also seated rows or bent over rows these require weights and or cables or you can get a row boat and start rowing.
However as I said earlier you either need to get the magazine or hire a personal trainer for proper advise.
do squats with weights on ur back....do at least 50 reps with as much weight as u can
