Building muscle????!


Question: ok im in wrestling right now so keep that in mind.........but i work out a lot and im not just talking about conditioning and all that but i also weight train so i know my strength is there......but for what ever reason it is i cannot seem to keep muscles from showing like if you look at my arms you wouldnt be able to tell that i weight train cuz i im 17 150 lbs and am about 5'6 1/2 so i know im in shape i can run a mile in 6 1/2 min do about 50+ pushups in a min and the same for sit ups......;..

i just have trouble mainting muscle.......so what can i do???? after wrestling i was thinkin about taking some creatine or something along those lines and not to gain too much weight during the season but im not sure......so what do i do???

and on a side note.........

would creatine help build ab muscles????

well first it might be your genetics, because you can be strong and not have big muscle. Also if it is not genetics, it might be that you are not adding enought weight to your sets. Also try drinking lots of milk and whey protein if that helps.

from that dude your pretty skinny i would try protien 1 shake at night 1 after you work out and go heavy

You are expecting too much from your 17 year old body. Just work out and treat it right, and it will help you do the best that you can do. Don't worry about what isn't supposed to happen yet.
