Well I can't tell you actually because every place is different. However, my mom gets them and at first she got the for me until I built up enough confidence to start buying it myself.
Where I get them, they come four in one box for $ 2.19. It's called a douche but I guess you can call it an enema. Is that the same thing?? Well anyway, are you gay or something because your asking all these questions about cleaning yourself with an enema and stuff...I am kind of curious now. But regardless, I use it and love it. It feels so good when it goes in and even better when it comes out!!
So again, is it called a douche or enema?? Someone please help me out here.

In the UK - and probably other places - you can't get them in your average pharmacy except on prescription (although some larger stores in London sell them over the counter). But you can get them by mail order from companies like Optimal Health Network (which I recommend as they sell the proper equipment).
