I dont think you can, and why the hell would you want to? As a woman I m telling you girls dont sit around with their other girlfriends and gossip about who has the biggest or smallest testicles? I dont fantasize about my boyfriends testicles. Girls do however talk about penis size and skill. If you are looking to impress, then spend your time working on skill as opposed to wasting your time on a pointless desire. Then again if this is what you enjoy and what you are into, and big nast balls is whats ultimately going to make you happier beyond anything else, then by all means go for it!

You cant make them bigger, it depends on genetics, you can however make them saggier by strethching them down and aging, unfortunately
