Because Africans are larger, everything about them is bigger, including genital size.

statistically africans are larger than other races and all other races very, chinese are not especially smaller than any other race.
There is one theory that involves the evolution of people. Those races that lived in colder climates, the men with longer penis would freeze more easily causing them to become sterile while the opposite is true for hot climate, having a small one would cause down there to be really hot also causing impotance
it was natures way of getting back at everyone for making blacks there slaves... motha nature gave the blacks bigger penises... what i wouldn't do to have a penis the size of a black guys... *sigh*
