nothing... if u never wana have kids...
they can rupture resulting in lack of kids later in life... but if this happens u wont realise till u wake up a week later and arnt able to walk for a further week
i think its possible that you wont be able to make sperm anymore
I was once hit in the testicles and it caused one of them to swell and die off. So it is very possible to lose both this way and thus not be able to have children in later life.
To sum it up:
They could die off and you can't have kids.
